As the Program Manager, Bobbie-Joe provides direct support and supervision to the staff delivering the Gap Youth and Community Centre's funded programs to at risk young people, many with high needs and often in crisis. Bobbie-Joe is responsible for building effective working relationships with key stakeholders and service providers in the community and has oversight and responsibility for program delivery across the organisation to ensure program compliance and best practice, to inform service delivery and evaluation of programs to continually improve the overall performance of the organisation and ultimately the outcomes for the young people and their families accessing our centre.
