Brett Trindle shares with us his journey with Gap Youth and community centre, as well as some of the laughs he has had along the way.
“I always thought of this place growing up as a safe place, this is where you can come if your ever worried upset whatever.”
Brett Trindle is one of the many kids who grew up at GAP. Brett made the ultimate progression through Gap. Brett spent many years as a happy Gappie before pulling on the shirt as a casual worker. Brett progressed all the way to coordinating the late nights programs and in 2017 Brett is now on the board for Gap Youth Centre.
Gap boasts strong family lineage and Brett’s story is no different, with Father Stephen Trindle working at the centre and Aunty Faye Trindle serving on the Gap board before him.
